In this interactive cooking format, our executive chef will take you step by step through each dish in your customized menu. You will have all the ingredients measured out and ready to go. Our chef instructor will be your guide as you work through chopping, mixing, baking and a number of other cooking techniques. This option includes a 3 course customizable meal. All guests/participants will eat what is prepared.
C-IRON CHEF COMPETITION: $99/PP(10-14PPL) $125/PP(15-24PPL) $150/PP(25PPL AND UP)
This option is a themed based competition(EX of Themes: Chinese vs Italian). Your group will be split into 2 teams. Each team will have a chef and will come up with an entree & dessert. Each team will make enough food for guests to eat, total of 5 courses. Participants will be judged on team work, creativity, timing, presentation and overall taste of their dishes!
